Is it faster? Simpler? More detailed? Does it emphasize a playstyle that's different from my favorite. I asked that question with Marvel Heroic a few years ago and I liked it enough to keep it around as a separate thing. I asked it with D&D 5E and the answer so far is "not enough to get it going." I am still asking it with FFG's special dice Star Wars and I am undecided. <br /><br />I think part of the problem is that we've seen and played and run so many different systems that's it's hard to impress us. "New" isn't always "better. "Different" isn't always better.
